Evoke Premium Gin

London Dry Gin

Gin made in the traditional way, under the supervision of the master distiller and using pure grain alcohol of excellent quality. The carefully selected botanicals are distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in a Premium gin of exceptional smoothness, thanks to its five distillations.

The result is a complex and smooth taste, with elegant notes of juniper berries with hints of citrus and a long, dry finish.

Evoke Premium Gin

Gin Flavoured Watermelon

Gin made from high quality pure grain alcohol in which carefully selected botanicals and watermelon are macerated. This mixture is then distilled in a copper pot still, thus obtaining a Premium gin of exceptional smoothness, thanks to its five distillations.

The master distiller has achieved an excellent balance of flavours, where the aroma of watermelon is slightly perceived, without becoming predominant over the aromas of juniper berries and botanicals. With a pale pink tone, its presentation is elegant due to the stylised shape of its bottle. Smooth and slightly sweet on the palate.

Evoke Premium Gin

Gin Flavoured Orange

Gin made from high quality pure grain alcohol in which carefully selected botanicals and orange peel are macerated. This mixture is then distilled in a copper pot still, thus obtaining a Premium gin of exceptional smoothness, thanks to its five distillations.

In this gin the aroma of orange is slightly perceived between the predominant flavour of juniper berries and botanicals. It is presented with a light orange hue in an elegantly stylised bottle. Smooth and fresh on the palate.

Ron Matamar

Aged Rum

Our Ron Añejo Matamar is made from the finest quality sugar cane spirits. Aged in American oak barrels for more than a year, it takes on an elegant amber colour with dark tones. Balanced on the nose, sweet and oaky. On the palate it is persistent, with hints of American oak. A rum with character and complexity that give it great personality.
